Soaring from the capital city of Indonesia EDM scene, Jakarta, in 2005 at the age of 19, Nickvan Kartosen has swiftly become recognized as one of the brightest Trance stars in the scene. Through the years he was able to develop his taste and transform it into his magical touch of groovy rhythm and delicate yet beautiful melodies that justified to set the motion of the dance floor under his command. Keeping his faith to the Trance and Progressive has authorized him the essential style and characters demanded to be the next sovereign of Trance.

His experiences spreading from spinning at many local club scene along side with great local DJ to huge rave events with some international DJs and Producers such as Daniel Kandi (Anjunabeats/Enhanced) The Blizzard (Armada Music) and Ilya Soloviev (Armada/Timeline Music). Beside being submitted as guestmixes at some of the most acclaimed trance radios in the world like AfterHours.fm, Wave.fm, Puresound.fm, Essential tunes.fm, Party107, Anthem.fm, 1mix radio UK to name a few.

Nickvan has registered himself to produce his very own podcast show, the first Trance podcast brought into the heart of Trance scene, called Holy Project, which playing the latest massive-melodic Trance and Progressive tracks from around the world, a creation which proclaims to enact as his contemplation of what Trance Music is all about.
He describes the Holy Project as an essential journey to the art of melodic Trance, pure tracks yet seamlessly mixed with a full sense of creativity and flair. Now the Holy Project podcast stands out amongst others as the podcast Trancesetter especially in Indonesia Trance scene. This monthly show can be downloaded automatically via iTunes music player included all the back issues following the subscription to the Holy Project Podcast.

Not to the very end, for his high quality taste of Trance music, Nickvan has also been appointed as the A&R of Celestial Tracks/The 45MF Group Inc the biggest Electronic Dance Music record label group in Indonesia.
The future sure is bright for this young DJ's career, on 2009 he was nominated as REDMA (Ravelex Electronic Dance Music Award) Indonesia Junior DJ of the year 2009 which coming into echo in 2010 as he was nominated once again as REDMA Junior DJ of the year.
